Dear Showtel Exhibitor,

This years' Irish Hotels Federation Annual Conference and Trade Exhibition Showtel 2010 will take place in the Radisson Blu in Galway. Why not join us again and use the opportunity to generate new sales leads while selling and showcasing your products and services, raising your company’s profile.

This year, for the first time, we are introducing a dedicated Company Sponsored lunch table where the first 20 stands sold will have the opportunity to host their own table at lunch times. We anticipate that all stands will be taken prior to the conference and would advise you to contact me as soon as possible if you do not wish to lose this opportunity. Showtel is a must for any competitive supplier of goods or services to our sector to display their wares to our target audience of decision makers, including property owners and general managers.

As we have done for the past few years your stand shell panels are included in the cost of your stand as well as two spotlights and one power point with 2 x 13amp sockets. We have retained the metric size stands and there are 2 different size stands for our exhibitors to choose from.

Please note that if interest exceeds the available Showtel area , we may choose to use the Terrace Bar located on the ground floor leading to the Radisson Live Lounge on the lower ground level where the main exhibition hall can be found.

The Conference will be held on Monday 1st and Tuesday 2nd March. This year the Trade Exhibition will open at approximately 9.00am on Monday 1st, and will close mid-afternoon on Tuesday 2nd.

We would ask you to complete the enclosed application form and send by return post with full payment. Please remember that the first 20 stands sold will receive the opportunity to host their own dedicated company table at the conference lunch.
