We require a Full Time Chef de Partie and Commis Chef to join our Kitchen Team.

Applicants will be able to provide guests with food of a high standard of preparation and presentation and will be required to work as part of the Kitchen Team in order to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and service.

The ideal candidate will: - possess at least 3 years experience in relevant positions in a 4* or 5* hotel.

Commis Chef

Main Purpose Of Job:  To accept training in a quality Kitchen with a responsible and positive approach to learning correct methods of Kitchen work.

 

                                                           

Main Duties:

 

·         To establish a basic knowledge of the elementary kitchen practices through training.

 

·         To perform duties as prescribed by the more senior chefs and to learn from him/her the preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes according to specification.
