Rathsallagh has a long list of graduates who now one and run their own businesses around the World, so the opportunities are there.  You may have come from a catering or cookery school such as Ballymaloe, or other similar establishments abroad.

Housekeeping Assistant

Housekeeping person wanted for Guesthouse in Killarney.   General guesthouse duties including Breakfast waitressing  and then Uphouse Bedroom cleaning/servicing .

 

Assistant Leisure Centre Manager

 

Main Duties:

 

4           To welcome the members and residents and assist them with any enquiries and to ensure that customer care standards are maintained and provide information about the leisure centre

4           Be fully familiar with the Safety Statement

4           Ensure that, so far as is reasonably practicable, that, on a given shift, employees under their supervision, are aware of and comply with the safety statement

Banqueting Chef

Knightsbrook Hotel Spa & Golf Resort have a vacancy for an experienced Banqueting Chef, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role in a four star establishment  or above and confident catering for functions up to 400/500 pax. Hours of works will be five days over seven weekend and evenings mainly. 

Reservations manager/ Revenue Manager

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and analytical skills along with the following attributes:
 
• Ability to quickly adapt to a constantly changing market with a revenue positive effect
• Analytical approach to problem solving and demonstrated ability to “think outside of the box”
• Ability to analyse financial statements and market data
• Detail orientated and hands on
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
