Purpose of Job:   To ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to at all times within the Department

Duty Manager

  • Applicant will possess excellent knowledge of all F&B operations at a management / supervisory level.
  • Front Office management system experience.
  • Excellent communication / interpersonal skills.
  • Training experience desired.
  • Ability to lead and develop our team.
  • Ability to work on their own and be a team player.
  • Applicants should have at least 2 years experience at Department Supervisory / Management level.
  • Salary will reflect experience.
  • Fluent oral and written English required.

Bar Manager
