Christmas & New Year and Golden Years Breaks on Irelandhotels.com

Dear Colleague,

Irelandhotels.com is planning to promote both Christmas & New Year Breaks and Golden Years Breaks in the coming weeks.  Therefore, the Irish Hotels Federation is requesting that properties listed on Irelandhotels.com and wish to take part in this initiative, should load relevant packages through the In1 Management Console (IMC).

The Christmas & New Year Breaks will be promoted through the homepage of Irelandhotels.com, Discoverireland.com and the Eircom Christmas Channel (online).

The Golden Years packages will also be promoted through the homepage of Irelandhotels.com and on selected 3rd party websites.  The IHF has received a number of requests for single person packages for the elderly.  Please also keep this in mind when loading these packages.

If you wish to load these packages on Irelandhotels.com, please visit the IMC (www.portalin1.com/backend) and log in.  Then follow these steps:

• Click on Inventory
• Click on Packages
• Click add or edit package (depending on whether you wish to load a new package or edit a previous package)
• Select the package type from Drop Down i.e. Christmas Breaks or Golden Years Breaks
• Load package
