Faythe Guesthouse is celebrating 21 years in business. The Guesthouse is run by husband-and-wife team Damian and Siobhan. Situated in Wexford town centre, Faythe Guesthouse was built in the 1800s on the grounds of an old castle, the house has period features inside, and a section of the old castle is a feature of the garden. Damien and Siobhan are famed for their fabulous breakfasts, locally sourced produce and presonalised guest service.

Dalata Group Announces the Roll out of Clayton Hotels across Ireland

June 19th 2015, Dublin, Ireland: Dalata Hotel Group PLC, the largest hotel operator in Ireland, has announced today that, by the end of 2015, its newly acquired hotels, which will consist of 13 hotels across the UK and Ireland will be rebranded as Clayton Hotels.

The German-Irish Chamber "Drinks from Germany" Trade Mission

Four breweries, a distillery, a cider producer, a winemaker and a wine dealer are part of the trade mission from Germany in the alcoholic beverages sector from 9th to 12th June. You are invited to “Drinks from Germany”, an expert talk and drinks tasting on Tuesday 9th June in Dublin’s Westbury Hotel, at which a mix of beers, wines and spirits not yet for sale in Ireland will be presented. The eight visiting German drinks companies will travel nationwide for meetings in Irish organisations in the following days.

Irish Tourist Assistance Service (ITAS) launches annual statistics

Over 700 tourist victims of crime received assistance from the Irish Tourist Assistance Service in 2014.

The most common crimes perpetrated against tourists were theft from the person and theft from cars, with over 50% of assistance being provided at the weekends.
