The Four Star Absolute Hotel in Limerick consists of 99 bedrooms, Absolute Bar & Grill as well as conference and banqueting facilities for up to 170 people.

The core focus of the position will be on the Food & Beverage standards in the bar and grill. You will be reporting into an Operations Manager

Other areas of strong focus include: labour controls, quality of service delivery, leading and training of the team, and control of beverage stocktake.

This person will have to work closely with the other heads of department to help us drive the business onwards. 

You will have to be very organised, strategic and able to deliver on the systems and projects . 

This suits a first time step up for a candidate with experience utilising a similar skills set in a Hotel business preferably in  or 4 star hotel. The key focus is demonstratable success in standards delivery.
