The four star Absolute Hotel ideally located on the Abbey River in Limerick consists of 99 bedrooms, Riverbank Restaurant and Bar as well as conference and banqueting facilities for up to 200 people.

 

Currently recruiting a Breakfast Chef for our busy kitchen. The successful candidate will work alongside our Head Chef and Sous Chef in the food service for the Bar & Grill.

 

Responsibilities include:-

Maintaining HACCP Standards 
Preparing menu items in the standard set out in SOP's

Assisting in the management of HACCP 
Liaising with suppliers and ensuring we receive best goods and service for our kitchen 
Developing the Food service of The Absolute Hotel i.e. menu changes, standards

The successful candidate will have worked in a similar role, be available to work shifts and to have the correct permission to work in Ireland. In return we offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as training and development opportunities.

Daytime hours only, eg. 6am - 3pm and able to be flexible.
