An experienced Chef De Partie is required at Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel. This person will be required to work in each kitchen - Main Kitchen, Grill Kitchen and Banqueting kitchen. The desired person will have experience in a similar style hotel and thrive on working under pressure. The desired person will also be required to work on their own initiative but be an excellent team player as well. Flexibility is required as the position will require the person to work shift work and weekend work. Persons applying for this position should have a passion for food and have a strong focus on attention to detail and be able to work on their own initiative but also be a team player. Previous experience is essential.
