Commis Chef required for the 4 star Menlo Park Hotel Galway. Previous experience is required preferably in a similiar type establishment. You must have a love of cooking and pride in producing quality food and presentation and consistency of dishes at all times. Able to work in a busy environment as part of a team.

Candidates must have fluent english. The Menlo Park hotel in Galway has a reputation for delivering excellent standards across all our Food and Beverage departments and has achieved the Optimus Service Excellence and Mark of Best Practice certification.
