As a Commis Chef you will be trained on multiple sections and attention to detail, organisational skills are key requirements for this position. Applicants must have HACCP knowledge.

You will assist the chefs in the day-to-day operation, ensuring Service Standards and Brand Standards are being delivered on consistently. You will be fully conversant with all menus and the specific demands.

 Successful Candidates will be

  • Enthusiastic and have a "can-do" attitude,
  • Honest, hardworking and team player
  • Strong knowledge of food and HACCP
  • Must have previous kitchen experience 
  • Work well under pressure
  • Excellent command of English
  • Ability to legally work full time in Ireland
