Main Duites

• Check the level of business for the day.
• Assist guests as requested, luggage, room service or general requests.
• Preparation and set up of all meeting/conference rooms, functions on a daily basis.
• Consistent and regular checks on toilets and public areas in particular the lobby,main enterance and car park.
• Opening of residents bar, stock checks etc.
• General maintenance of public areas and guest rooms.
• Ensure that any guest problems or unresolved maintenance is referred to the Duty Manager.
• On demand carry out any task as directed by management.
