Whites Hotel is , part of the Dalata Hotel Group, now the largest hotel group in Ireland which includes 12 Maldron Hotels and 21 partner hotels, we are currently recruiting for a F&B Manager to join our team.

 

 

Food & Beverage Manager;

The F&B Manager will be responsible to oversee the day-to-day operation of the hotel, particularly food & beverage service areas and to ensure that the agreed standards are met on a consistent basis. Also to provide a friendly and efficient service while maximizing sales and profit.

The successful candidate will have 2 to 3 years previous experience in food & beverage Management and be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of the industry and organisational skills. It is desirable that applicants have craft level trainer skills.

The main duties & responsibilities of the role include the following:

  • To assist the HOD's in the day to day running of the Bar/Restaurant & Kitchen
  • To provide an efficient and friendly service to guests at all times
  • To operate effective control systems in the hotel
  • To ensure the correct level of staffing at all times in line with business demands
  • To deliver daily training in areas of service standards for F&B and Health & Safety
  • To control stocks and to ensure adequate levels of stock are available in line with business demand
  • To ensure that all monies are kept secure at all times & balance all financial records during your shift
