Experienced Front Office Manager required for hotel based in Roscommon Kilronan Castle, a ruined Gothic revival castle, is located on the breath-taking shores of Lough Meelagh in County Roscommon. The development is a luxurious 4 star, 84 bedroom hotel, a wellness centre, and a conference centre/ballroom for 400 people. It took vision to recognize the potential of this magical estate & now you can be part of the team who transformed this vision into reality. Front Office Manager: The successful candidate will assume direct responsibility for all Front Office/Reception activities within the hotel. From you we require energy, initiative, hands on approach and a commitment to quality standards and customer care. To succeed in this challenging role you will need to demonstrate the abilities of a superb organiser, problem-solving, be self-motivated, an excellent communicator and someone who thrives in a demanding environment. Good knowledge of IT & systems is also required. 2 years previous experience in a similar role is essential along with yield management experience, familiarity of working with FIT & Tour Operators, Wedding, Leisure & Corporate Markets.

Required Qualifications: 
Previous experience as Front Office Manager in a 4 or 5 star property
