The Position

 

 Experienced General Manager sought to lead the team at this modern and extensive 4 star hotel.

 

 The candidate will be responsible for the overall operation and financial performance of the business. Strong commercial acumen is required, matched with an ability to ensure the business and the team deliver a quality offering for the customer.

 

 The hotel has experienced very significant improvements in its trading position in the past 12 months, and the candidate will be required to build further on the positive momentum generated over this period. Evident strengths in the area of Business Development will be an advantage.

 

 The hotel enjoys a good mix of leisure and corporate business across accommodation, food, beverage, meeting & events and spa facilities. The candidate will need to introduce and implement further strategies to grow business across all segments.
