Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to fill a full-time Senior Receptionist position, shifts will include days/evenings/weekends. The successful candidate will be responsible for all of the Front Office and the Front Office team, and will report directly to the General Manager. Duties Include checking-in and out guests, answering telephones, making reservations, payment handling, EOD duties including posting and reconciling guest accounts, handling guest needs and special requests, preparing daily reports. You will be required to undertake Front Office manager duties from time to time, including maintaining staff rosters.

Required Qualifications: 
4 years experience
Required Skills: 
Strong communication and accounting skills Previous EOD/Front Desk experience Excellent personal presentation skills Flexible and available to work all shifts Strong leadership skills are a plus
