Pastry Chef required to join a dynamic, dedicated, creative and energetic team at the Blue Haven Collection in Kinsale.

We have our own dedicated bakery, the successful candidate will have an unique opportunity to develop and shape our bakery offering for the various food outlets in the Blue Haven Collection.

Pastry Chef Responsibilities:

• Operating and managing the pastry section of the kitchen and liaising with the Head chef to ensure a successful working environment.
• Preparing ingredients and handling baking and other kitchen equipment.
• Creating pastries, baked goods, and confections, by following a set recipe.
• Developing new recipes for seasonal menus.
• Decorating pastries and desserts to ensure beautiful and tasteful presentation.
• Monitoring and Ordering the stock.
• Ensuring the pastry section adheres to safety and health regulations.
