Reservations Manager (Fixed term contract from 1st February 2016) The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, dynamic and committed to achieving and driving the goals and objectives of Faithlegg House Hotel & Golf Resort Duties & Responsibilities: - Driving revenue generating plans for all revenue streams pertaining to rooms and working with all employees in its deliver. - To be a key member of the Resort Business Planning Team and assist in the completion of the Hotel budgets, with responsibility for the revenue budgets. - Maximise room revenue through both average room rate and occupancy percentage using efficient Revenue Management processes. Ensure correct rate positioning is achieved across all market segments for bedroom sales. - To complete and monitor of weekly and monthly forecasts and reports ,including analysis of rate reports and the production of policy relating to rate strategy and analysis and report on booking trends. - Driving revenue generating plans for all revenue streams pertaining to rooms and working with all employees in its deliver. - Management of third party websites. - Analyse reservations entered on a daily basis to check rates sold and quality of reservations. - Manage all tours and FIT allocations & room lists to ensure that the hotel is protected within all third party operators and that room lists are received timely to all for same. - Identify, communicate and action all sales leads. Encourage team members to maximise sales through up-selling, using incentives, promotions and other accepted means.
