To work with the Award Winning Roseville Rooms Restaurant Team to deliver excellence through exceptional guest care and consistency of standards.

  • Ensure a professional, friendly and courteous service to all guests;
  • To ensure that guests are warmly welcomed and are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner;
  • Ensuring that service is delivered in accordance with agreed standards;;
  • To be familiar with Resort product offering (i.e. the menu, beverages, wine list, etc.);
  • To ensure the all areas are properly prepared and set-up prior to and after service.
  • To carry out cash handling procedures in accordance with Company policy;
  • Work varying shifts including morning, afternoons and evenings;
  • To liaise with and assist in departments as required.
Required Qualifications: 
Recognised qualification desirable; Excellent knowledge of HACCP;
Required Skills: 
• Exceptional Guest Care; • Superb attention for detail; • Previous supervisory experience in a similar role desirable; • High standard of English; • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills. • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of the team; • Be standards driven; • Background in delivering training; • Must be able to work weekends and evenings;
