Key Responsibilities

  • Devise and implement the hotel's Sales & Marketing Plan against an annual budget revenue targets including  the hotels ADR and occupancy targets, focusing on corporate, conference/wedding & leisure business
  • To develop and manage marketing and sales budgets effectively
  • Overall responsibility for management of all 3rd party business partnerships - OTA's and brand web provider
  • Ongoing management and development of the company website
  • Have a dedicated focus on E-Commerce
  • Hold responsibility for hotel's photography portfolio
  • Hold responsibility of development of marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, vouchers).
  • To attend trade shows and corporate events when required

 

Required Skills: 
Proven sales record with 2-3 years experience A thorough knowledge of digital marketing and social media A thorough knowledge of Google Analytics
