Dear Colleague,

In order to take advantage of the domestic market for the summer months we have decided to dedicate our July Ezine to promoting longer breaks and family breaks during August. If you would like take part in this promotional initiative, you will be required to create a package or special offer under the name ‘3 Night August Special.’ The offer should include 3 nights accommodation bed and breakfast. Dinner can be included should you so wish.

In order to take part in this you will need to log into the IMC with the log in details personal to your property and follow these steps:

1. Inventory
2. Add Package/ Special Offer
3. Enter the name ‘3 Night August Special’
4. Insert your description of the package including whether or not you are offering dinner
5. Select Package Type ‘August Offer’
6. Edit availability and length of stay etc.
7. Insert your rates for this package
8. Click save

These packages will be promoted through our July Ezine which is sent out to over 50,000 people and has an average open rate of 25%, and an average click through rate of 24%.
