Christian Antoine is the new Deputy General Manager at Fitzpatrick's Castle. Hailing from Sweeden he has 20 years hospitality experience, most recently working in the Cayman Islands as Food & Beverage Manager at The Westin Grand Cayman Resort and Spa.

Hayfield Manor's New Executive Head Chef Stephen Sullivan

Stephen Sullivan, a native of Dublin, relocated to Cork in February 2014 to assume the role of Head Chef at Hayfield Manor. A former student of ITT Dublin, Stephen graduated with a degree in the culinary arts in 2010. During his time of continued studies, Stephen developed a keen passion for producing high quality, innovative cuisine and cultivated an unwavering eye for detail.
