Founded in 1840, Bewley’s is Ireland’s leading tea and coffee company and one of Ireland’s best-known brands. Bewley’s has a team of experts from trainers, to roasters, to industry competition winners, who all contribute to making the business what it is today. Bewley’s has a comprehensive range of fresh coffee products to suit every taste and continues to serve and delight Irish consumers.

To ensure Irish consumers only get the very best, the Bewley’s team, including their Master Roaster and Tea Blender, travel the world to source only the finest coffee beans and tea leaves. The coffee beans are then carefully roasted back in Dublin to entice the perfect flavour from them before blending, grinding and packaging to retain the coffee’s freshness.  Bewley’s teas are meticulously blended to meet Irish consumer tastes.

The Bewley’s family were strong innovators, with Samuel Bewley and his son Charles being the first people to import tea directly into Ireland. Bewley’s was the first company to offer Fairtrade Coffee in Ireland and also the first company to launch a dedicated Barista Academy in Ireland. Bewley’s is the only Irish company that has trained over 1,500 baristas, many of whom have competed and won at World Championships. Bewley’s remains at the forefront of innovation, introducing nitro coffee to Ireland’s number one visitor attraction, the Guinness Storehouse. They have also recently relaunched their expanded Foodservice coffee range in stunning new packaging which focuses on their provenance and expertise. The new range will be on display at Food & Bev Live, with tastings available at the Bewley’s stand.

Bewley’s reopened their iconic flagship café on Grafton Street in November 2017.
