The Royal Marine Hotel is currently recruiting for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. In this challenging role, the Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for maximising the sales potential and achieving revenue budgets of the hotel through business development

Job Purpose:

To develop new business and be responsible for managing the relationship and penetration of major accounts in an effort to increase revenue for group, leisure, corporate and conference business

Duties and Responsibilities:

Reservations Supervisor (Maternity Cover)

To handle all incoming individual reservations and ad hoc group bookings for the property, ensuring at all times that all sales opportunities are yielded and maximized. To provide the highest level of customer care and attention to detail to ensure no business opportunities are lost for the property.

Operations Manager

This role will work closely with the General Manager and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the hotel. Previous experience in a similar role at 4/5 star level is essential.

Food and Beverage Waiters and Chefs

We are currently recruiting for Food and Beverage Waiters and Chef de Partie and Demi Chef de Partie positions. Candidates must be available to work up to 39 hours per week.
