  • Maintain accuracy of all general HR administration, including personnel files.
  • Communicate and liaise with Managers and Supervisors on effective management of the performance management and appraisal process.
  • Coach Managers and supervisors regarding employee relations issues. Investigate concerns, evaluate/offer possible resolution, provide work related advice, guidance and direction to resolve employee grievances/complaints.
  • Foster a positive culture amongst employees and management.
  • Advise on best practice approaches to Change Management.
  • Manage Employee Engagement.
  • Work with Management on Policy and Strategy development and implement HR Policies and Procedures. Adjust and review HR related Policies and Procedures as necessary.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all aspects of employment legislation.
  • Provide management with the most up-to-date advice on pending and current employment legislation.
  • Provide management with advice and guidance on the handling of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Other HR-related responsibilities as required by the business


  • The successful candidate will have at least 5 - 7 years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience of performance management
  • Experience of change management
  • Experience of driving successful problem solving and dispute resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law
  • Experience in continuous improvement principles
