Objective of the Role

Reporting to the Wedding Co-ordinator & Sales Director, the sales administrator will be responsible for the handling of Sales/wedding Enquires, bookings and general administration.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handling calls regarding enquiries about Weddings, Conference & Banqueting .
  • Proactively promoting the hotel to local businesses.
  • Assisting the Wedding Co-ordinator with show-arounds and wedding prep.
  • Filing and Administration.
  • Gathering Market & Customer information.
  • Staffing trade exhibitions & demonstrations
  • Advising Customers on special promotions
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ business & requirements
  • Be proficient in the use of Hotel Front Office System and taking of reservations.
  • Note all special Customer Requests and inform relevant Departments.
  • Ensure all filing of Sales activities & update all records
  • Be aware & promote all in-house promotions.


Required Qualifications: 
• Previous experience within a similar role in a 3 to 4 star Hotel advantageous. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including word and excel & PowerPoint.
