Brandon House Hotel are currently recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Bar Food Chef, to join our kitchen team. This is an ideal opportunity for a talented chef with a culinary passion to progress their skills in a fast paced environment.

This role will include Chef de Partie responsibilities. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the bar food section and delivery of excellent food, while maintaining consistency.

The successful candidate must:

-  Have previous experience in a Chef de Partie role, ideally in a similar establishment

- Have good knowledge and practical chef skills in the bar food section

- Be able to adapt and be flexible to respond to a range of different work situations

- Be creative and have a passionate approach to the production of food

-  Have high attention to detail and excellent presentation skills

-  Be able to work under pressure in a calm and efficient manner

-  Have excellent organizational and time management skills

-  Be committed to delivering a high level of customer service
