We now have an exciting opportunity to work as a Chef de Partie, with a team of talented chefs. You will be in charge of running the breakfast shift. Previous experience working as a Breakfast Chef in a 5 star hotel or similar upmarket kitchen is essential. Attention to detail & organisational skills are key requirements for this position. Applicants must have HACCP knowledge.

Applicants will have an enthusiastic, can-do attitude, and will enjoy rising to the challenge in this very dynamic and rewarding position.  Applicants will possess an excellent command of the English language and the ability to communicate fluidly with co-workers in a fast paced environment. 

Applicants will also have to be very early risers & have proved themselves to be reliable in this manner.

Flexibility is required in this position. This position is 2 days a week.
