Moy House are looking for a Chef to work in this small but busy Country House, until the end of season at the start of November. This establishment prides itself on using fresh, locally sourced produce to create an interesting and dynamic 5 course tasting menu for a 30 seater restaurant. The chef must be capable of managing food costs, ordering ,preparation, cooking and plating of dishes to a consistent and high standard. Good communication and team work is essential in this establishment.
