Chef Required for Busy Hotel Restaurant
We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and fully qualified chef to assist in running our busy restaurant kitchen. The Peninsula Restaurant is the Inishowen Gateway Hotel principal restaurant– an elegant destination for dinner and open daily. It is regarded as one of the finest restaurants. The restaurant in Donegal is calm, spacious and contemporary with views over the Lough Swilly and Golf Course, yet enjoys a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
Required Qualifications:
The successful person will be an experienced chef with at least 2 years experience in a similar role. We want someone with creativity and passion to help us produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers. You will be a self-starter who will lead from the front and have the ability to motivate and encourage a team of chefs. They will be able to work under their own initiative in a highly pressurised environment.
