Aspect Hotel Park West are currently recruiting a experienced Chef de Partie to join the team.

The Hotel

Aspect Hotel Park West is ideally located, just a short distance from the main city routes M50/N7 and
just 6 km from Dublin City Centre. It offers 146 spacious bedrooms, appealing to corporate, leisure and group markets. Rueben's restaurant, with capacity for 100-140 people serves high quality, delicious food and drinks throughout the day.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a Chef de Partie position covering Breakfast, Carvery and Dinner Service. They will be a professional, focused, enthusiastic person with a flare and passion for food presentation & menu designing.

Reporting directly to the Hotel's Operations Manager, your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Full responsibility for all aspects of kitchen day to day management
  • Responsibility for purchasing & stock control/monitoring
  • Control of weekly and monthly stock taking
  • Ensuring HACCP procedures are maintained throughout the kitchen and back of house areas
  • Menu planning & costings
  • Staff Training Menu  
  • High Volume evening service mostly group set menus.

This is a full time permanent position, the nature of the industry means that this role will include a variety of shift & weekend work.
