The successful candidate will have to have a passion for Good food.

The Brooklodge Hotel and The Strawberry Tree kitchen now have an excellent opportunity for a Commis Chef to join our professional team, and work with the only Restaurant team in Ireland classified as an organic kitchen.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about food and have imagination and flare along with a good sense of team spirit. You must have a mininmum of 1 years experience as Commis Chef.

Main duties will be to prepare and produce food for the section assigned and to the standard agreed as part of the team.

This is a full time position.

In order to apply for this position you need to be either a citizen from one of the EU countries or in possession of a valid work permit for Ireland. You need to have a practical or fluent level of English. You need to be currently in Ireland or planning to be in Ireland within the next couple of weeks. You have to be willing and be able to hold this position for more than one year.
