Duty Manager
Roganstown Hotel & Country Club is currently recruiting for a Duty Manager
To oversee the smooth running of all departments daily and to liase with all department heads.
Main Duties:
To carry out all management duties as per the agreed standards.
To take control and responsibility for Management shifts.
To oversee the smooth running of all departments.
To manage the allocated functions and banquets in the hotel.
To be responsible for all the day to day queries, complaints or problems that arise in the hotel.
To assist with the training of employees where necessary.
To ensure that reasonable care is taken for the Health & Safety of employees and guests.
Required Qualifications: 
2-3 years experience in a 4* Hotel - Food & Beverage / Conference & Banqueting experience - Excellent organisational and communication
Required Skills: 
Knowledge of micros Fidelio and opera would be an advantage
