Duty Manager

The Station House Hotel, Kilmessan, County Meath are recruiting for a Duty Manager.

The successful candidate will manage and take full responsibility for the smooth running of  the hotel. Applicants should have 2 years minimum experience as a Duty Manager or Head of Department with on the wedding market at 3* or 4* level.

Excellent personal presentation skills are required along with a positive 'can do' attitude.

The Position: 

-Responsible for the smooth running of the hotel operation ensuring that all brand and departmental standards are met throughout the shift
-To ensure the highest level of customer care
-Responsible for the Health & Safety of guests and employees

  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Well presented 
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Previous experience in the hotel industry

Required Skills: 
At least two years duty management experience in a hotel with busy wedding functions.
