Experienced part-time receptionist/duty manager required to join the happy team at our busy city centre guesthouse, where we're renowed for our warm hospitality and genuine welcome. Hours would be a minimum of 16 a week (2 x 3-11pm shifts Sunday and Monday) to begin with, with the possibility of additional hours/shifts.

Ideal candidate would have experience in a similar or related role, be flexible with their availability, have a pleasant, outgoing, confident personality and genuinely enjoy meeting and greeting our guests who visit us from all over the world. Computer literacy and excellent communication skills are also a must as this role involves corresponding with guests via e-mail and dealing with reservations over the phone. An advantage but not required: F&B and/or sales experience and a desire to help market the property through social media channels and TripAdvisor. Please note that only candidates with experience in a front desk/reception role in the hospitality industry will be seriously considered for this role, and as this position involves representing the business in e-mails, letters, etc. please take extra care with your CV and cover letter.
