We have an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie, to work with a team of talented and service driven chefs.

This position would suit an experienced chef, who worked in a high quality kitchen environment. This position would ideally suit a culinary arts graduate who has at least three year’s quality service experience. Working with an organised and innovative approach, you will ensure standards are consistently maintained by the team.

You will have the drive and talent to grow within our dynamic and service driven environment.   A fluent English speaker, you will possess a high personal standard whilst embracing the challenge of being part of Dublin’s most luxurious hotel.
