The Award winning Blue Haven Collection in Kinsale is seeking an experienced Waiter/Waitress who loves to engage with and really look after their customers.

You will be a motivated, enthusiastic person with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a busy environment
• Must have a broad understanding and knowledge of food and food preparation techniques, able to describe and understand dishes
• Wine knowledge, knows how to pair and recommend wines
• Understands and is able to deliver a classical food service experience
• Requires good image quality, strong sense of service
• Ability to work both as a team and alone
• Fluent English

This is a full-time permanent position.
