Food and Beverage Manager
We are looking for a motivated individual to oversee the entire Food & Beverage operation within our Boutique Hotel located in the heart of West Cork.

  • Responsibilities to include:
  • Managing and developing a team of food and beverage professionals
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to all guests
  • Increasing Sales while ensuring a high standard of quality and service are maintained
  • Have a strong knowledge of cost controls, food and beverage procedures
  • Health and Safety requirements
