We are looking for an enthuastic, creative and fully qualified head chef to run a busy kitchen .

The successful applicant will have previous experience:

Managing a busy kitchen

Setting Menus and Food pricing

Working to a budget

Ordering and Monitoring supplies

Stock Control

Rostering Staff

A working knowledge of the HACCP system

Attention to detail is a must as is demonstrated  culinary expertise. We want someone with creativity and passion to help us produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dining experiece for our customers.
