The other stuff:
Responsible for Conference enquires, setting prices, negotiating space for day accommodation delegates and one off enquiries.
Planning and Budgeting for the sales activities costs and profits. Have a good vision for what needs to be spent, how best to spend it and how to best set goals and measure return on investment.
Weekly & Monthly reporting, sales updates, activities planned and activities completed, results and goals.
Database management,
Website development
New business, what are the trends, where is new business coming from, where can it be found, lead generation.
Company reputation, online and offline management of hotel review sites, customer feedback, setting customers expectations.
