The Glendalough Hotel is a 3 star 40 bedroomed hotel in the heart of Glendalough Valley. We are currently looking for an experienced hotel receptionist to join the team in this very busy hotel.
The Ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills, be friendly in nature and have an excellent telephone manner.
Reception duties include check in and check out, reservations, liaising with other departments of the hotel including kitchen, housekeeping/maintenance.
Must be used to dealing with customers front of house, by telephone and email. Fluent English, spoken and written.
Candidate must be computer literate and be familiar with computerised reservations systems.
