The luxurious BrookLodge Hotel and Wells Spa was awarded AA Hotel of the Year 2009, Georgina Campbell's Hotel of the Year 2010, Business Hotel of the Year 2012, Culinary Hotel of the year 2013.
We are now looking for someone to lead our team in our Tourism Ireland designated Resort Spa, The Wells Spa.
The ideal candidate will be customer focused; a natural team Leader; diligent in their work and have a proven track record in a similar positiion. He/She will be responsible for the day to day running of the Spa from Maximising bookings and developing sales by working closely with the Sales and Marketing department. Increasing a positive working morale within the team and be responsible for training and developemnt of our Spa team. She/he will work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure revenue and costs are maintained at a sufficient standard.
This person will be joining an energetic Management team that are very passionate and proud about what they do here in Macreddin.
