Scan&Stay – Guest Registration

Scan&Stay offers your guests the option to scan a QR code to park at your car park for free for the duration of their stay in the hotel. It can enhance customers satisfaction by providing a more convenient and hassle-free parking experience.

Customers simply scan the QR code with their mobile device, they are taken directly to your car parks page where they can enter their vehicle registration and select duration of their stay.

ScanPay – Paying Visitors or Guests

ScanPay provides a quick and convenient non-registration self-service option for motorists who choose to use your car park and your guests (if you choose to charge them for parking) who do not want to travel and queue at a payment machine, or download and register with an app.

Through scanning the advertised QR code in the car park or at reception with a mobile device, the customer is taken directly to your car parks tariff page where they can enter their registration details and make a payment without having to register any unnecessary personal details.

Payments can be made via Google Pay, Apple Pay or using a credit/debit card.
