Full time buying team – Assurance of consistent, better than market rate pricing throughout our partnership. We report on a YoY basis also to give you peace of mind that we’re always working on your behalf to give you the best prices possible.
Operational Support – We offer hands on client support to allow chefs more time in the kitchen. We service our clients with menu reviews, menu costings, invoice validation and improvement in kitchen practices (reducing waste, working smart with portion control). This allows our clients to see the savings made in our purchasing flow through the P&L to improve the bottom line.
Digital Ordering Solution – We have a tried and tested platform for our clients to use making ordering simple, providing accurate and insightful reporting and potentially saving you even more money by removing 3rd party systems currently in use.
