Craft Training - On Site - aimed at new staff and cross skilling staff who need a refresher
· Basic Skills training for Bar (half day)
· Basic Skills training for Food (half day)
· Basic Skill training for Accommodation (half day)
Half day sessions from 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm

Members:
€420 for delivery onsite in your premises (max 25 staff)
OR €35 pp for delivery onsite sharing the training with another property (minimum 12 pax)
Non-members:
€525 for delivery onsite in your premises (max 25 staff)
OR €50 pp for delivery onsite sharing the training with another property (minimum 12 pax)

Welcoming back the guest - On Site - aimed at all Frontline staff
· Customer Care to delight the guest and instil a recognisable superior selling and customer culture

Leadership Team Train the Trainer - On Site - aimed at Supervisors and Heads of Department
· To upskill those newly promoted into Supervisory or Management roles, enhancing their ability to effectively train team members leading to more consistent customer service
· Delegates will have the ability to train new starters and existing team members effectively
· Delivered 1 day on-site
