Main Duties

• Setting and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in accommodation and public areas.
• Preparing cleaning lists and checking rooms on a daily basis.
• Responsible for training and development of all staff within the department.
• Organising room service breakfast for guest on request.
• Ordering linen & supplies for the department.
• Reporting maintenance issues & fixing minor faults.
• Rostering & wages details for accountant on a weekly basis.
• Ensure the highest standard of customer service is being provided at all times.
• To carry out any other reasonable requests.
