We are currently recruiting for experienced Chef de Partie to join our expanding Kitchen team.

The main responsibilities are to provide a high standard of food to our Bistro, Fine Dining Restaurant and Conference & Banqueting Departments.  

We are looking for passionate and career minded candidates to join our four star establishment.

Specific Responsibilities include:

• Maintain and provide a high standard of performance within the food production areas of the hotel.
• Ensure that all hygiene and HACCP regulations are adhered to.
• You will be to be a self motivated and diligent in carrying out duties.
• Carrying out all duties assigned and work as part of a team with all colleagues in a professional manner.

We are looking for someone who has held a previous position within a busy hotel environment and be interested in developing a wide range of experience in our bistro & fine dining restaurant and conference & banqueting departments, will be flexible, hard working and will carry out all duties to a consistently high standard whilst working alongside the Head Chef.  We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic and committed individuals who have the ability to work as part of a team on their own initiative.

• Experience in the position of Chef in a similar role in a three or four star hotel.
