The Tifco Hotel Group Corporate Business Development Manager is responsible for the sales revenue generated in local corporate market for all the Tifco Dublin Hotels. In this role the Tifco Hotel Group Corporate Business Development Manager will ensure that sales volumes and revenues are being maximized from the local corporate markets (primarily, but not confined to North and West Dublin City and County).

The Corporate Business Development Manager will account manage all of the hotels’ corporate accounts for Hotel accommodation and conference, banqueting and meeting sales revenue.

The Tifco Hotel Group Corporate Business Development Manager will work to achieve the annual sales revenue budgets for each of the hotels. An excellent knowledge and understanding of the hotels’ revenue streams, budgets and costs is essential in this role. The Tifco Hotel Corporate Business Development Manager will execute the sales and marketing strategies and actions that are dictated in the Tifco Group annual sales and marketing plan.

The Tifco Hotel Group Corporate Business Development Manager will execute in a professional and timely manner the functions of Account Management; Market and Competitor Analysis; Sales and Marketing Administration; Brand Management and Customer Relationship Management. Sales Revenue Management.

The Tifco Hotel Group Business Development Manager will also be responsible for the referral of any potential business and revenues for the Tifco Hotel Group Managed Hotels that has been identified in their target market place. 

 

 

Required Skills: 
The Candidate: •Previous experience as a Corporate Business Development Manager in the hotel or related industry •A target driven individual •Experience at group level is advantageous •Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills •Car owner with full clean drivers licence
