Overall, Dylan is bright, vibrant and fun, characteristics which sing throughout the design & style of the hotel and the responsive, personality-driven team.   
   
We now have an exciting opportunity to work as Demi Chef de Partie, with a team of talented chefs in a busy kitchen. As a Demi Chef de Partie innovation, attention to detail & organisational skills are key requirements. Applicants must have HACCAP knowledge.
 
Successful Candidates will be
  • Enthusiastic and have a "can-do" attitude,
  • Honest , hardworking and team player
  • Strong knowledge of food and HACCP
  • Must take direction well and show initiative
  • Work well under pressure
  • Excellent command of English
  • Ability to legally work full time in Ireland
Shift work and flexibility is required in this position.
