At Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel we are currently recruiting for a Duty Manager, to oversee the smooth running of all departments daily and to liase with all department heads. The person will be required to work shifts and weekends so flexibility in working hours is essential. The person we are looking for will have 2-3 years experience in a 4* Hotel, Food & Beverage / Conference & Banqueting experience, have excellent organisational and communicational skills have a pleasant and courteous personality with the ability to provide excellence in customer care and have an excellent command of the English language. Persons applying for this position should have a passion for delivering excellence in customer service and be able to work on their own initiative but also be a team player. Previous experience is essential.
